OGRA met with MTO staff to review the provisions of Bill 41, An Act to amend the Highway Traffic Act in relation to the use of speed-limiting systems in commercial motor vehicles, which received Royal Assent on June 18, 2008. Specifically, the meeting reviewed the issues to be dealt with by regulation under the Act.
