Amending regulations, Regulations 23/2010 and 22/2010, to Minimum Maintenance Standards (MMS) Regulations 239/02 and 612/06 (City of Toronto) were signed by Minister of Transportation, Hon. Kathleen Wynne on February 18, 2010.
