Ewen MacDonald has been the General Manager Infrastructure Services for the Township of South Glengarry for 25 years.  Prior to this position, he was a Supervisor at Cornwall Gravel Company Ltd for eight years.  Ewen has been volunteering with OGRA since 2007, and is a two time Past President of the Association of Ontario Road Supervisors.  He has a Degree in Public Administration from the University of Western Ontario, and is a Certified Road Supervisor Senior.
