Sunday Technical Session – Sustainable and Resilient Bridges and Culverts
Sunday, February 25, 2018

Sponsored by:
Canada Culvert

Ontario’s bridges and culverts built throughout the 1950s and 60s are quickly approaching the end of their design life. Without the necessary funding, the declining condition of these assets can result in structures with compromised safety and increased maintenance and rehabilitation costs. Municipalities of all sizes are affected by this underinvestment and are required to do more with less. This Technical Session will look at new strategies and innovative technologies to help municipalities efficiently manage their aging structures. By breaking down old assumptions and focusing on sustainable and resilient design choices, inspection methods, and maintenance and rehabilitation techniques, municipalities can do more with less.

There is no fee to attend this event however registration is required.

Please mark the Technical Session Box under SUNDAY AFTERNOON EVENTS on the Registration Form.
